FAQ's

How old do I have to be to work at CSI?
You must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. 

Do I need a Driver’s license?
Yes, all team members must possess a Driver’s License and must have a vehicle to use for work purposes to transport individuals.

Do I need experience or any certifications to be eligible to work?
Certifications and experience are not required of Potential applicants.  Any certifications that are required by DDS will be provided by CSI through our extensive training program.

Is CSI a non-profit Agency?
CSI is a for-profit Agency that receives funding from State and federal.

Can you donate to CSI?
Yes, CSI does accept donations.  Please see the donations tab for more information.

Do I need a resume to apply?
Yes. All positions require a resume.  There are a variety of free websites which can assist you in creating a resume.

Does the company have paid/unpaid intern positions?
At this time, CSI does not have any intern positions.

Do we wear Scrubs to work?
No.  CSI residential programs are in a home setting.   We want to intergrade into the community.  Casual attire that is appropriate for work is acceptable.

Does the company do background checks?
Yes, CSI will conduct a Criminal Check, Motor Vehicle check, DDS Abuse and Neglect check, and Sex offender Registry Check.

Does the company do drug tests?
Yes, the company conducts urine screenings at the time of hire, randomly, or as deemed necessary.
