Residential Care Providers

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes all aspects of daily living including personal hygiene, cooking, house cleaning, laundry, leading a healthy lifestyle, shopping, budgeting, maintaining appropriate behavior, and community integration. Must be able to perform physical exertion and moving about including bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, kneeling, and reaching or similar activities. Lifting objects is required, typically weight does not exceed 50lbs. Occasional snow shoveling required. Occasional lifting or transferring an individual required. Physically restraining residents, using appropriate PMT techniques, required occasionally. Req’s HS Diploma, Driver’s License and Own vehicle.
